My local dealership did a 'goodwill repair'. Truck was just out of warranty. Same thing with the 08 GMC Sierra 1500 I traded in the Tahoe for. Same cracks in same places and dealership did another goodwill repair. The way my service advisor explained it was it is a known issue across the board and they are going to make it right. They had my Tahoe an entire day and a day in a half with the gmc.
