It blindscans fine but any attempt to tune fails. I get the bouncing meters. I decided to look into this a bit further tonight and im sure the problem lies in the dvbworld software (not necessarily the driver but the app). Using any versions pre blindscan release and the tuner functions fine.

To lock a signal using any post blinscan versions (it doesnt appear the driver has changed only the app) i have to reopen the scan dialog and hit the lock button. This will lock the signal and tune a channel.
