While studying at BYU, it became clear to me that a degree in Exercise Science interested me more. I dove into the program and befriended some of the strength and conditioning coaches. I enrolled in an internship coaching athletes in the weight rooms at BYU. After graduating I completed another internship at the U of U as a strength and conditioning coach.
