How do I send these mysterious NRPN MIDI commands to adjust LFO phases? Let's suppose you want to send the NRPN command number 'k'. NRPN data are actually specific Control Change (CC) commands.

Disable the MIDI output of the plug-in by default. First select 'None' as MIDI out device in the setup menu, then save your configuration (settings ->save), and set this file to 'auto-load'.
